Research Hallmark Group

Motivaction belongs to a select group of Dutch market research firms that are proud to bear the Research Hallmark. Membership of the Research Hallmark Group means that we work according to the ISO 20252 norm for the market and opinion research sector, and that our quality management system has been ISO certified (ISO 9001). This means that our organization and our research procedures comply with strict quality requirements. The Hallmark Control Commission Keurmerk Controle Commissie or KCC periodically checks compliance with these requirements. During this testing procedure, a random sample of proposals and research is analyzed to determine if it meets quality criteria. This is done on a strictly confidential basis.

Dutch Market Research Association

Motivaction is an active member of the Dutch Market Research Association, the MOA. The Dutch Market Research Association's objectives are to promote, develop and stimulate the quality of market and policy research, both on a national and international level. The association is the contact point for anyone involved in market and policy research. In addition, the Dutch Market Research Association promotes the interests of respondents, users and providers of market and policy research. At present, the MOA has approximately 1250 members. Pieter Paul Verheggen, Director of Business Development at Motivaction, is currently chairman of the MOA.
